This advanced course introduces the <strong>core manufacturing processes used to build modern micro- and nano-electronic devices<\/strong>, a fundamental area for semiconductor innovation and advanced electronics. <\/p>\n\n<p>The course provides a comprehensive overview of the <strong>technologies used to fabricate integrated circuits and nanoscale devices on semiconductor wafers<\/strong>, covering both industrial high-volume manufacturing and research-oriented fabrication techniques.<\/p>\n\n<p>Participants will explore key process steps such as <strong>deposition, lithography, etching, doping and thermal processing<\/strong>, as well as the integration of these processes to build complex electronic systems.
