Do you work with semiconductor technology and are interested in international collaboration? Chips JU gives you, as an actor in semiconductor technology, the opportunity for European and national funding for participation in collaborative projects with actors from Japan, Taiwan or Singapore.

Chips Joint Undertaking (Chips JU)) is a European partnership under Horisont Europa that will strengthen Europe’s competitiveness in semiconductor technology. Vinnova co-finances Swedish participation in the program, for example in research and innovation collaboration projects.
The program plans two calls for proposals for international collaboration within Chips JU Calls in 2026:
- International collaboration in semiconductors between the EU and Japan.
- International collaboration in semiconductors between Digital Partnership and Trade and Technology Councils (TTC)-stater.
