Feasibility Study
SCCC supports Swedish start-ups and SMEs in evaluating the technical feasibility of developing custom semiconductor solutions as part of their products.
SCCC provides a defined number of expert hours to carry out the study.
Outcomes typically include an initial roadmap outlining potential next steps, preparation for prototype fabrication, engagement with foundries, or alignment with national or European semiconductor initiatives.
If you would like to learn more about how a feasibility study could support your organization, please do not hesitate to contact SCCC.
Technology & Growth Support
SCCC supports startups and SMEs across Sweden’s semiconductor ecosystem through structured advisory guidance in areas such as growth strategy, market positioning, partnership development, and access to funding opportunities.
We operate as a neutral point of access, connecting companies with relevant expertise, infrastructure, facilities, funding instruments, and collaboration partners at regional, national, and European levels.
Advanced Materials Characterisation Advisory
SCCC provides expert advisory support in advanced materials characterisation to help companies analyse, understand, and validate complex material systems.
The service includes guidance on the selection and use of advanced characterisation methods, including synchrotron-based X-ray techniques. Support may include development of characterisation strategies, assistance with applications for experimental beamtime, interpretation of experimental data, and correlation of material properties with functional and performance requirements.
The service is intended to support materials development, process optimisation, and technology validation in areas including semiconductors, advanced materials, and energy-related technologies.
Support for Prototype Fabrication, Product Development and Market Preparation
SCCC supports organizations that wish to move from feasibility towards prototype fabrication and product development.
Based on earlier analyses, SCCC can assist in:
Outcomes typically include an initial roadmap outlining potential next steps, preparation for prototype fabrication, engagement with foundries, or alignment with national or European semiconductor initiatives.
MYFAB Access Support (via SCCC)
SCCC supports start-ups and SMEs in gaining access to Myfab through the Myfab National Access program.
We assist companies throughout the application process, including eligibility assessment, project scoping, and preparation of the full application. The service helps first-time users, or returning users after five years, prepare strong applications aligned with Myfab requirements.
This application support is provided free of charge for start-ups and SMEs.
Myfab project costs (typically 50,000–300,000 SEK) are covered within the granted access through the Myfab National Access program.
