Have Your Say: Contribute to the Evaluation of the EU Chips Act

The European Commission has launched a public consultation and call for evidence to evaluate and review the EU Chips Act. The consultation is open until 28 November 2025 and invites input from stakeholders across the semiconductor ecosystem, from industry and research organisations to start-ups, SMEs, and public authorities.

This consultation aims to assess how the Chips Act is working in practice and gather ideas for its next phase. It focuses on ensuring that Europe’s semiconductor strategy remains effective, forward-looking, and responsive to technological and industrial needs.

Participants are encouraged to share views on what aspects of the Chips Act should be strengthened, adjusted, or introduced anew, including areas such as research and innovation, pilot lines, design capabilities, skills development, and supply chain resilience.

Your feedback will help shape the next generation of Europe’s semiconductor strategy ensuring a stronger, more resilient, and more innovative European chips ecosystem.
